为研究受载铁磁材料应力集中部位的磁记忆信号特征,利用自主开发的磁记忆二维检测系统对含有中心圆孔的45~#钢平板试样进行静载拉伸试验。结果表明:试样表面缺口附近磁记忆信号特征非常显著,切向分量磁信号与应力间的相关性更好;李萨如图形封闭区域大小随拉应力的增大呈非线性变化,可考虑用非线性拟合曲线定量评价应力集中状态。
In order to study the characteristics of magnetic memory signals in the stress concentration region of loaded ferromagnetic materials, 45 ~ # steel plate samples with central circular holes were subjected to static tensile test using the self-developed magnetic memory two-dimensional detection system. The results show that the characteristics of magnetic memory signal near the notch surface are very significant, and the correlation between the tangential component magnetic signal and stress is better. The size of the occluded area of the Lissajous figure changes nonlinearly with the increase of tensile stress. Nonlinear fitting curve quantitatively evaluates stress concentration.
