以小鼠骨髓细胞微核为指标，观察中医补血代表方剂四物汤抗环磷酰胺诱导突变的作用。结果表明：四物汤（０．１２５－０．５ｇ／只／ｄ）能明显抑制环磷酰胺所致小鼠骨髓细胞微核率的增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），使其恢复正常水平，与我们用姐妹染色单体互换为指标的实验结果相符。进一步证明四物汤确具良好的抗突变作用。
Taking the micronuclei of mouse bone marrow cells as an index, observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine supplementing blood on the anti-cyclophosphamide-induced mutations. The results showed that Siwu Decoction (0.125-0.5g/d/d) could significantly inhibit the increase of micronucleus rate of mouse bone marrow cells induced by cyclophosphamide (P<0.01) and restore normal levels. This is in agreement with our experimental results using sister chromatid exchanges as indicators. It is further proved that Siwutang has a good antimutagenic effect.
