为了探讨有氧健身操对肥胖女大学生脂代谢及相关激素的影响及其产生的机制,将24名肥胖女大学生随机分为均等的实验组(16周有氧健身锻炼)和对照组,观察与测定16周有氧健身操锻炼前后身体成分、各时相血脂水平、血胰岛素和皮质醇的变化,结果显示:肥胖女大学生16周有氧健身操锻炼后体重、体重指数、体脂百分比显著性下降;血脂成分改变即TG、TC、LDL含量显著性下降,HDL含量显著升高;血胰岛素水平显著性下降,皮质醇含量显著性上升。研究提示:长期系统的有氧健身操锻炼能使肥胖女大学生体脂减少、瘦体重增加,身体成分趋于合理化;血脂成分改变,血脂中各成分的比例更有利于健康;调整内分泌功能。
In order to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on lipid metabolism and related hormones in obese female college students and its mechanism, 24 obese female college students were randomly divided into equal experimental group (16 week aerobic exercise) and control group, The changes of body composition, serum lipids, blood insulin and cortisol in 16-week aerobic exercise were measured.
