目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿中铁的检测方法。方法:直接进稀释后尿样于石墨炉中,加入抗坏血酸作为基体改进剂,干燥、灰化和原子化后测定吸光度,与标准加入工作曲线比较定量。结果:在0μg/L~500μg/L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.994 9~0.999 3,检出限为20.0μg/L,试样RSD在2.5%~21.9%,加标回收率在93.2%~103.7%。结论:试样只需简单稀释处理,方法简单快速,工作曲线线性关系良好,灵敏度高,重现性、回收率好,应用于临床检测取得满意结果。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of iron in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: Directly into the diluted urine samples in a graphite furnace, ascorbic acid as a matrix modifier, drying, ashing and atomization determination of absorbance, compared with the standard added to the working curve quantitative. Results: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0μg / L to 500μg / L with r = 0.994 9-0.9993, the detection limit was 20.0μg / L, the RSD was 2.5% ~ 21.9% and the recovery was 93.2% ~ 103.7%. Conclusion: The sample only need simple dilution, the method is simple and fast, the working curve has a good linear relationship, high sensitivity, reproducibility and good recovery rate. It can be used in clinical testing to obtain satisfactory results.
