目的:研究厚朴排气合剂的指纹图谱质量控制方法。方法:采用高效液相色法,采用Waters C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果:建立厚朴排气合剂的指纹图谱,确定了9个共有峰,各峰分离度良好,指纹信息完整,符合指纹图谱技术规范。结论:所建方法简单、可靠,可作为厚朴排气合剂质量控制的重要依据之一。
Objective: To study the quality control method of Magnolia Vents mixture fingerprint. Methods: The HPLC C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1) ). The detection wavelength was 254 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10μl. Results: The fingerprint of Magnolia Puffing Mixture was established. Nine common peaks were identified, the peaks were well resolved and the fingerprint information was complete, which accorded with the fingerprinting technical specifications. Conclusion: The proposed method is simple and reliable and can be used as an important basis for the quality control of Magnolia Venting Mixture.
