党的十八届三中全会以来,张毅先后主持召开17次全体会议和1次专题会议,多次深入中央企业调研,部署国资国企改革工作,并在中央企业、地方国资委负责人会议等场合多次强调:改革要敢于碰硬,大胆实践,以自我变革的勇气着力解决自身存在的突出问题,积极推动国资国企改革发展。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Zhang Yi has presided over 17 plenary meetings and 1 special meeting. He has also conducted in-depth investigations and studies on central enterprises and the deployment of state-owned enterprises in state-owned enterprises, and held meetings with heads of central enterprises and local SASAC, etc. The occasion stressed many times: Reform should dare to tackle tough issues and practice boldly. With the courage of self-transformation, we should make every effort to solve outstanding problems of its own and actively promote the reform and development of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises.
