各省、市、自治区机械局(重工业局、农机局、仪表局),本部各设计院、处: 我部第一设计院设计的6米、12米后张自锚鱼腹式吊车梁(图集GB=106,GB=110,GB=113),在全国各地已广泛使用。最近我部第八设计院西安分院及第一设计院对十几个建设单位使用该吊车梁情况进行实地检查,普遍发现在梁端部支承处(预埋钢板的端头)有垂直裂缝,有的还比较严重,最大宽度达半毫米,长度几乎裂通。这种裂缝对吊车梁的使用,有一定影响,其危害程度如何,还要组织有关单位进行试验研究。为了保证安全生产,避免发生事故,希各设计和使用单位立即采取下列措施:
