据国务院和教育部有关文件精神,新一轮全国中小学教师继续教育培训已于2004年启动。在总结经验发扬成绩的同时,我们也必须正视过去存在的不足,关注尚未解决的问题,本文所提出的几点就是过去中小学教师继续教育中存在并需要在工后着力解决好的问题。
According to the relevant documents of the State Council and the Ministry of Education, a new round of continuing education and training for primary and secondary school teachers in China started in 2004. While summing up the experience and carrying forward the achievements, we must face up to the shortcomings of the past and pay attention to the unsolved problems. The points raised in this paper are the problems that existed in the continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers and needed to be solved after work.
