通过烧结杯试验和矿相鉴定,研究了Al_2O_3含量对武钢烧结矿产、质量的影响。提出了在武钢现有原料条件下,Al_2O_3含量的适宜范围为2.2%,Al_2O_3/SiO_2之比为0.27。外购矿石时,一定要严格控制Al_2O_3含量不宜超过3.5～4%。
The effect of Al_2O_3 on the quality and sinter of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. was studied by sintering cup test and mineralogical phase identification. The suitable range of Al_2O_3 content is 2.2% and the ratio of Al_2O_3 / SiO_2 is 0.27 under the existing raw materials of WISCO. When outsourcing ore, we must strictly control the content of Al_2O_3 should not exceed 3.5 to 4%.
