提出生产面接触钢丝绳的一种新方法———轧制生产法。分析了轧制法、整体模拉拔、辊模拉拔和锻打法生产面接触钢丝绳的优缺点 ,指出了轧制法生产面接触圆股和异型股钢丝绳的可行性 ,阐述轧制法的原理、工艺及设备。简单介绍轧机的选用及轧辊和孔型设计的原理。认为轧制法是提高面接触钢丝绳质量水平和生产效率 ,增加面接触钢丝绳品种的有效方法 ,具有广阔的开发前景
Proposed a new method of producing surface contact wire rope --- rolling production method. The advantages and disadvantages of the production of surface contact wire ropes by rolling method, integral die drawing, roller die drawing and forging method are analyzed. The feasibility of the production method of surface contact wire and abnormal wire ropes by rolling method is expounded. Principle, technology and equipment. A brief introduction to the selection of rolling mills and the principle of roller and hole design.
