女贞子为常用中药。具有补肝肾,强腰膝的功效。关于女贞子的化学成分,日本学者早在四五十年代就有报道。从中分离得到了三萜酸类,环烯醚萜甙类,磷脂类,氨基酸及微量元素等化学成分。日本学者曾对日本女贞子Lijustrum juponicum Thunb.进行了脂肪酸的研究,但至今未见中国女贞子L.lucidum Ait.这一类成分的研究报道。本文对此进行了提取分离、鉴定及相对含量的测定。 1 样品来源与制备女贞子L.lucidum Ait.产自湖南怀化地区,购自北京市药材公司(经北京中医药大学杨春澍教授鉴定)。女贞子粉末(10目)100g置沙氏提取器中,石油醚回流提取20h,减压回收石油醚得提取物,收率为6.2％。30ml氯仿溶解提取物,10％碳酸氢钠萃取5次,每次20ml。萃取液滴加盐酸至无沉淀产生(pH2),放置30min,氯仿萃
Glossy privet is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. With liver and kidney, strong waist and knee effect. Regarding the chemical composition of Ligustrum lucidum, Japanese scholars reported as early as the 40s and 50s. Triterpenoids, iridoids, phospholipids, amino acids and trace elements and other chemical constituents were isolated from them. Japanese scholars have studied the fatty acids of Livgenum juponicum Thunb., but there has been no report on this kind of component of L. lucidum Ait. In this paper, extraction, separation, identification and relative content determination were carried out. 1 Sample source and preparation Ligustrum L. lucidum Ait. was produced in Huaihua district of Hunan province and was purchased from Beijing Medicinal Materials Company (identified by Prof. Yang Chunxi of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine). Ligustrum lucidum powder (10 mesh) was placed in a sand extractor (100 g) and extracted with petroleum ether under reflux for 20 h. The petroleum ether extract was obtained under reduced pressure with a yield of 6.2%. The extract was dissolved in 30 ml of chloroform and extracted 5 times with 20 ml of 10% sodium bicarbonate.
