目前是我国高等教育工作、高校育人工作由管理型向服务型模式转型的重要时期,高校党建工作作为育人工作的一个重要环节,如何实现高校“以人为本”的育人理念,如何实现人性化的育人模式,是一个值得研究,也应备受关注的课题。如何更好的落实“组织管理与思想教育相结合、继承与创新相结合”的基本原则,以全面提高学生党员思想政治教育工作质量,就是破冰的过程,这一破冰过程就是提高学生党员思想政治教育工作质量的五项破冰之旅,这正暗合了“马斯洛需求理论”。
