近年来,随着分子生物学的发展,人们对其认识也迅速深化,并广泛应用于各个领域。利用能识别多种类型疾病的相关抗原的单克隆抗体(Mono-clonal Antibody)等,做为药物(或毒素)载体的设想,已引起人们的广泛注意,尤其在抗肿瘤的研究中更为深入,并已进入临床应用阶段。单克隆抗体—药物(或毒素)偶联物可以使抗生素制剂在病灶的局部定位,对靶细胞发挥特异的杀灭作用。因此,具有这种特殊性的偶联物,曾被人们称为“魔弹(Magic Bullet)”或生物导弹,应用于各种疾病的诊断和治疗,这种治疗方法一般称为导向治疗。
