西安医科大学在合并入西安交通大学成立医学部之后,高度重视国家自然科学基金项目(以下简称“科学基金项目”)的申请与管理,不断调整科研结构,使医学部(以下简称“我部”)基础研究的整体水平得到较大幅度提高,在获得科学基金资助项目数量和经费上实现了较快发展。本文回顾和分析了我部“十一五”以来(2006—2012年)科学基金资助项目情况,总结了科学基金组织管理工作成效、经验与不足,明确今后改善和提高的方向,以期为不断提高科研管理水平和促进我部基础研究的持续发展提供借鉴和参考。
