目的:探讨一服清颗粒治疗上呼吸道感染的药效学机制。方法:观察一服清颗粒对三联菌苗所致兔发热的影响;采用小鼠热板法观察一服清颗粒对小鼠痛阈的影响;观察一服清颗粒对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀的影响;采用小鼠体内抑菌实验观察一服清颗粒对金葡菌感染小鼠死亡率的影响;采用细胞病变法观察一服清颗粒对病毒致细胞病变作用的影响。结果:一服清颗粒对三联菌苗所致兔发热有显著的退热作用;可明显提高热板引起的小鼠痛阈值;能抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀;有效降低金葡菌感染小鼠死亡率,对金黄色葡萄球菌造成的小鼠体内感染有较好的保护作用;对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(Ad3)具有明显的抑制作用。结论:一服清颗粒是治疗上呼吸道感染的有效药物,具有显著的解热、镇痛、消炎、抑菌及抗病毒的作用。
Objective: To explore the pharmacodynamic mechanism of Yifuqing Granules in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections. Methods: To observe the effect of Yifuqing Granules on the fever of rabbits induced by triple vaccine; To observe the effect of Yifuqing Granules on the pain threshold of mice; To observe the effect of Yifuqing Granules on xylene-induced mouse ear inflammation. The effect of swelling was investigated by using a mouse antibacterial test in vivo to observe the effect of Yifuqing Granules on the mortality of mice infected with Staphylococcus aureus; cytopathic effect was used to observe the effect of Yifuqing Granules on the viral cytopathogenic effect. Results: Yifuqing granules had a significant antipyretic effect on rabbit fever caused by triple vaccine; it could significantly increase the pain threshold of mice induced by hot plate; and it could inhibit the inflammatory swelling of the ear of mice caused by xylene; The mortality rate of mice infected with bacteria has a good protective effect against the infection of mice caused by Staphylococcus aureus; it has obvious inhibitory effect on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and adenovirus (Ad3). Conclusion: Yifuqing granules are effective drugs for the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections, and have significant antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral effects.
