埋地管道被重物冲击后,管道的应力将瞬间增大,对管道的安全运行产生极大的危害。本文以重物冲击含缺陷管道为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件建立重物冲击埋地管道的有限元模型,分析重物冲击两种埋深及含不同尺寸类型缺陷的埋地管道,冲击后管道的动力学响应,同时与仅受内压的含缺陷埋地管道剩余强度进行对比,通过分析发现管道的埋深对重物冲击管道的剩余强度影响较大,随着管道埋深的增加,管道的等效应力随之降低,当管道埋深到一定值时,管道埋深对管道的等效应力的影响可以忽略。

In this paper, the heavy impact impact with defects in the pipeline as the research object, the use of ANSYS software to establish a finite element model of heavy impact buried pipelines, analysis of heavy impact two kinds of depth and buried with different size types of buried pipelines, pipes after impact The dynamic response and the comparison with the residual strength of buried pipelines containing defects with internal pressure only show that the depth of the pipelines has a great influence on the residual strength of heavy impact pipelines. With the increase of buried pipelines, The equivalent stress decreases. When the pipe depth reaches a certain value, the influence of pipe depth on the equivalent stress of the pipe can be neglected.
