众所周知,知识经济时代的到来给各行各业带来了更多新的发展机遇,同时也给其带来了新的压力和挑战,对企业档案管理工作更是如此。知识经济时代下,企业档案管理在管理体制、管理技术以及管理环境等各个方面都遇到了不同程度的问题,所以知识经济时代下改变企业档案管理工作既有的战略就显得尤为重要和必要了。文本主要采用理论分析、实地调查和案例分析的方式,首先分析了知识经济时代企业档案管理过程中遇到的瓶颈问题,其次分析了知识经济时代企业档案管理工作的转变,最后就如何做好转变工作提出了切实可行的建议。希望本文能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,在引起更多专业人士关心和重视企业档案管理工作的基础上促进其实现更快、更好的发展和进步。
It is well-known that the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy has brought more new opportunities for development to all walks of life and brought new pressures and challenges to them. This is especially so for enterprise file management. Under the age of knowledge-based economy, enterprise archives management has encountered various problems in various aspects such as management system, management technology and management environment, so it is especially important and necessary to change the existing strategy of enterprise archives management in the era of knowledge economy.
