随着我国国民经济的大力发展和现代经济体制的不断改革,我国人民的生活水平得到了很大的提高,我国的综合国力也在不断提高。但是在加快经济建设的同时,我国的生态环境也遭到了一定的破坏,尤其是近年来,我国的环境污染越来越严重,一些不可再生的资源越来越短缺,人们开始对建设过程以及其结果带来的长远影响进行反思。低碳经济下,建筑由于能够很好地节约资源、保护环境,经常作为建筑开发商的一大卖点,也逐渐被人们接受和重视,但是根据人们以往的思想观念,建筑往往要投入很大的成本,却收不到预期的经济效益。本文就针对这种现状,在低碳经济下,力求扭转人们的传统观念,使建筑得以推广和普及。
