脑缺血损伤中各种学说,无一不和自由基有关。本文对自由基的产生及清除、脑缺血时自由基增多的原因、自由基对脑组织损伤的机制以及自由基清除剂等问题作一综述,以期提高对脑缺血与自由基关系的认识。
Various theories of cerebral ischemic injury, are all related to free radicals. In this paper, the generation and clearance of free radicals, the reasons for the increase of free radicals in cerebral ischemia, the mechanism of free radical damage to brain tissue and free radical scavengers were reviewed in this paper in order to raise awareness of the relationship between cerebral ischemia and free radicals .
