随着社会经济的进步发展,电力体制改革的深入,供电企业的工作重心已从生产环节转移到了营销环节。为此,湖南省电力公司决定全面实施台区“两改”,即台区改造和台区综合管理改革。这一决策是一次战略性转移,标志着在今后很长一段时间内为适应新的市场环境,电力企业的营销工作将从完善配变台区管理这一营销环节最末端抓起,全面推进营销体制改革,实现营销工作的战略性转变。
