目的：研究部分阴道缝闭术（LeFort术）治疗有内科合并症的老年性子宫脱垂的可行性及安全性。方法：回顾性分析1990～1999年本院妇科行部分阴道缝闭术的临床资料，并与同期经阴子宫切除术对照比较，对手术方式、手术时间、失血量、术后病率及并发症进行分析。结果：LeFort手术组平均手术时间为52min，术中出血量平均为70ml，而经阴子宫切除（TVTH）组平均手术时间为90min，术中失血量平均100ml，两组差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。LeFort手术组术后无复发，术中及术后无并发症发生。结论：LeFort术对有内科合并症的老年性子宫脱垂者是安全性较高、效果良好的术式。
Objective: To study the feasibility and safety of partial laparotomy (LeFort) in the treatment of senile uterine prolapse with medical comorbidities. Methods: The clinical data of some vaginal seams of gynecological patients in our hospital from 1990 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively. The operative methods, operative time, blood loss, postoperative morbidity and complications Analyze. Results: The average operation time of LeFort operation group was 52 minutes and the average amount of blood loss was 70ml. The average operation time of TVTH group was 90 minutes and the blood loss was 100ml on average. The difference was significant between the two groups (P < 0.05). There was no recurrence after operation in LeFort operation group, and no complications occurred during and after operation. Conclusions: LeFort surgery for senile uterine prolapse with medical comorbidities is safe and effective.
