高校新生党建工作是整个高校党建工作的基础一环也是最重要一环。每年新生入校是他们从中学到大学的关键性转变。在这个转变过程中,这些青年学子的思想状况处于调整与充实阶段,在此时,如果高校党建工作积极主动、切实有效,将会为国家和社会输送一批又一批的优秀人才。因此,如何加强高校新生的党建工作是高校党建工作中的一个重要课题。
