目的:探讨联和检测组织金属蛋白酶MMP-2、MMP-9和MMP-MT对胃癌细胞侵袭的诊断价值。方法:以胃癌患者癌组织(41例),癌旁组织(17例)为研究对象,采用免疫组化(SP)和分子原位杂交法检测MMP-2、MMP-9和MMP-MT的表达。结果:胃癌组MMP-2、MMP-9和MMP-MT表达与侵袭程度成正相关(P<0.05),而且胃癌组MMPs表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。结论:一致性检验显示MMPs的免疫组化和原位杂交检测结果的关系密切相关(P<0.05),是胃癌侵袭转移检测较好的分子标志,可用于胃癌的预后判断
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the diagnostic value of MMP-2, MMP-9 and MMP-MT in the invasion of gastric cancer cells. METHODS: The expression of MMP-2, MMP-9 and MMP-MT was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP) and molecular in situ hybridization in gastric carcinoma (41 cases) and paracancerous tissues (17 cases). . Results: The expression of MMP-2, MMP-9, and MMP-MT in gastric cancer was positively correlated with the degree of invasion (P<0.05), and the expression of MMPs in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (P<0.05). Conclusion: The consistency test showed that the relationship between MMPs immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization results is closely related (P<0.05). It is a good molecular marker for invasion and metastasis detection of gastric cancer and can be used for the prognosis of gastric cancer.
