东华大学新时期工商管理人才培养模式探新路工商管理专业是我国高等院校普遍开设的专业,但长期以来始终存在着“不接地气”、知行脱节、人才综合创新能力培养不足等瓶颈,由此产生的问题就是人才培养重理论轻实践、纸上谈兵,学生能记忆理论方法但不懂应用,知识方法仅靠课堂传授,来源单一,部分能力培养缺少抓手,尤其是跨界融合创新创业能
