Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is associated with a variety of stomach disorders and it is important to explore the ideal treatment. Hp infection can cause changes in plasma gastrin, and the eradication of Hp in patients with plasma gastrin whether there is a corresponding change is unclear. This article aims to investigate the lansoprazole combined with amoxicillin toxins, metronidazole in the treatment of Hp infection, and compared eradication of plasma and tissue gastrin
