患儿、女、8岁,病案号03496。5岁时左顶部有小指头大小无痛性包块,不红肿,逐渐增大,7岁时增至鸡蛋大小,经用抗生素治疗未见好转。入院前一个月肿物自行破溃流脓。平素健康,否认结核病史及接触史。查体:一般状况好,体温36℃,左顶部有4×4cm~2肿胀区,有脓汁自破溃处溢出,肿胀区皮肤发红有触痛,质软有波动。颅骨X线示左顶骨有3×3cm~2缺损区,周边骨质有轻度硬化区。胸部X线检查未见异常。外周血红细胞450万,白细胞8400,中性粒细胞54%,淋巴
