目的评价高频彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 82例乳腺肿块经二维超声了解其形态、大小、边界、内部回声、微小钙化、后方衰减等,再结合血流情况将其分为良、恶性,与病理学诊断对照。结果超声诊断乳腺肿瘤的良、恶性符合率较高。结论高频彩色多普勒超声是诊断乳腺肿块的常用方法 ,超声对于乳腺肿瘤来说,具有快速方便的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in breast tumors. Methods Eighty - two cases of breast masses were diagnosed by two - dimensional ultrasonography and their morphology, size, boundary, internal echo, microcalcifications, posterior attenuation and so on were analyzed. Results Ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer with good and malignant coincidence rate higher. Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound is a common method for the diagnosis of breast masses. Ultrasound has rapid and convenient clinical value for breast tumors.
