目的:探讨补肾法对成骨细胞代谢及骨吸收活性的影响。方法:胎鼠颅骨成骨细胞培养于含有不同浓度的密骨片药液培养基中72h后,分别采用噻唑蓝比色法和胸腺嘧啶核苦酸渗入法及细胞内骨钙素含量测定3项指标,检测成骨细胞增殖分化情况;用密骨片药液作用于甲状旁腺激素刺激的体外幼鼠颅骨块骨吸收模型,测定培养骨块的钙离子释放量;并与抗骨质疏松药密钙息对照。结果:密骨片药液呈剂量依赖方式促进成骨细胞增殖,提高骨钙素含量,降低骨块钙释放量。结论:密骨片具有促进骨形成,抑制骨丢失作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of kidney-building method on the metabolism and bone resorption of osteoblasts. METHODS: Fetal rat calvarial osteoblasts were cultured in liquid medium containing different concentrations of Migu Tablets for 72 hours. Thiazolyl blue colorimetric method, thymidine infiltration method and intracellular osteocalcin content were measured. Indicators: To detect the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts; To use a bone marrow tablet solution to stimulate parathyroid hormone-induced bone resorption in young rat skull bones, and to measure the amount of calcium released from the cultured bone mass; and with anti-osteoporosis drugs A dense calcium control. RESULTS: The TCM Tablets promoted the proliferation of osteoblasts in a dose-dependent manner, increased the content of osteocalcin and reduced the calcium release from the bones. CONCLUSIONS: The Tumiu Tablets can promote bone formation and inhibit bone loss.
