目的:探讨综合护理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者病耻感及社会功能的改善作用。方法:选取78例于2014年12月份-2015年12月份在我院接受精神分裂症治疗的患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组人数为39例。对照组和观察组分别采用基础护理方法和综合护理干预,两组患者都接受抗精神病的药物治疗。比较治疗效果。结果:观察组SDSS评分比对照组低(P<0.05),精神疾病病耻感量表评分也低于对照组,差异明显有可比性。结论:对康复期的精神分裂症患者采取综合护理干预可以有效的降低患者的病耻感,改善社会功能。是值得在临床中大力的推广的。
Objective: To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the stigma and social function of patients with convalescent schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 78 patients who were treated for schizophrenia in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. Control group and observation group were used basic nursing methods and comprehensive nursing intervention, both groups received antipsychotic medication. Compare treatment effects. Results: The SDSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the score of the stigma of mental illness scale was also lower than that of the control group, the difference was obviously comparable. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention for convalescent schizophrenic patients can effectively reduce the stigma of patients and improve their social functions.
