企业社会责任是包括经济、法律、道德和慈善等多方面内容的责任体系。在全面建成小康社会的进程中,从企业社会责任入手,剖析当前我国企业承担社会责任的现状和问题,既是全面建成小康社会的客观要求,也是推动企业可持续发展的有益探索。因此,分析了当前我国企业社会履行责任存在的主要问题,分析了其形成原因,并提出了企业社会责任建设的路径策略。
Corporate social responsibility is a system of responsibilities that includes many aspects, including economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic aspects. In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, starting from the corporate social responsibility and analyzing the current situation and problems of the corporate social responsibility in our country, it is not only the objective requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way, but also the useful exploration of promoting the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, it analyzes the main problems that exist in corporate social responsibility in our country, analyzes its causes and puts forward the path strategy of corporate social responsibility construction.
