[目的]观察温阳健脾汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(脾肾阳虚)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组43例二甲双胍,500mg/次,3次/d。治疗组57例温阳健脾汤(熟附子10g,干姜15g,肉桂6g,红参10g,熟地黄、山茱萸、山药、黄芪各20g,茯苓、白术、白芍各15g,炙甘草10g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服;二甲双胍治疗同对照组。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效28例,无效6例,总有效率89.50%;对照组显效10例,有效17例,无效16例,总有效率62.80%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。FBG、2h PBG、AIb、Hb A1C、FINS、ISI改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]温阳健脾汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(脾肾阳虚),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Wenyang Jianpi Decoction combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus (spleen and kidney yang deficiency). [Results] In the treatment group, 23 cases were markedly effective, 28 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 89.50%. In the control group, 10 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, 16 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 62.80% (P <0.05). FBG, 2h PBG, AIb, Hb A1C, FINS, ISI improved treatment group than the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Wenyang Jianpi Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes (spleen and kidney yang deficiency) has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
