高职教师的教学整合能力包括教书育人和学术科研的整合能力、理论研究和实践操作的整合能力、创新思维和信息化教学的整合能力。提高高职教师教学整合能力是教育现代化对职业教师发展的特定要求,也是高职教师师资队伍建设的重点和趋势。要提高高职教师的教学整合能力需要从更新职业教育理念、提高教学和科研能力、强化专业理论和实践技能以及培养创新思维和信息化教学能力等方面入手。
The teaching integration ability of higher vocational teachers includes the integration ability of teaching and education and academic research, the integration ability of theoretical research and practical operation, the integration ability of innovative thinking and informational teaching. Improving the teaching integration ability of higher vocational teachers is the specific requirement of the development of vocational teachers in the education modernization and also the key and trend of the construction of the teaching staff of higher vocational teachers. To improve the teaching integration ability of higher vocational teachers, we should start from updating the concept of vocational education, improving teaching and research ability, strengthening professional theory and practical skills, and cultivating innovative thinking and informational teaching ability.
