非公有制企业党的建设是党建的一个重要领域,该课题组通过对彭州市非公用制企业党建工作基本情况的调查,提出了搞好这项工作的几点对策:解放思想,提高认识;加强对非公有制企业党建工作的领导和具体指导;进一步明确非公有制企业党组织的地位、作用和职责任务;加大组建非有制企业党组织的力度;要结合自身的特点,选择一套与之相适应的工作方式和活动方式;要加强对非公有制企业主的说服教育工作。
