目的:观察清瘟败毒饮对脓毒症急性肾损伤患者细胞因子表达影响。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例;对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予清瘟败毒饮口服或鼻饲治疗,治疗前及治疗后第7天测定血TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、Scr、BUN、CRP,进行APACHEⅡ评分。结果:治疗前两组患者血TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、Scr、BUN、CRP和APACHEⅡ组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后两组患者Scr、BUN均上升,但治疗组相对对照组上升幅度减小(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者APACHEⅡ评分、CRP、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10均减小,但治疗组减小幅度增大(P<0.05)。结论:清瘟败毒饮能减轻脓毒症急性肾损伤患者TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10表达水平,抑制过度炎症反应,延缓肾脏损伤。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qingyan Baidu decoction on the expression of cytokines in patients with acute renal injury induced by sepsis. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 60 cases; control group given conventional western medicine treatment group on the basis of the control group to Qingwen Baidu drink oral or nasogastric treatment before treatment and after treatment 7 The blood levels of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, Scr, BUN and CRP were measured. Results: There was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, Scr, BUN, Scr and BUN in both groups increased, but the increase in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). APACHEⅡscore, CRP, TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6 and IL-10 Decreased, but the treatment group decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qingwen Baidu Decoction can reduce the expression of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6 and IL-10 in patients with acute renal injury induced by sepsis, inhibit excessive inflammatory reaction and delay renal injury.
