随着社会经济快速发展及市场竞争不断加剧,供电企业要想获取更多市场经济利益,就必须对自身加以不断调整与完善,保证自身发展和时代发展变化相适应。供电企业内部的基层党组织建设及思想政治工作不仅对企业长远发展有重大影响,同时也会对党在供电企业中的作用发挥造成深远影响。本文对现阶段供电企业党建工作中存在的不足进行分析,同时提出相应改善措施,以期为供电企业党建工作长远发展提供参考。
With the rapid socio-economic development and increasingly intensified market competition, power supply enterprises must constantly adjust and improve themselves to ensure their own development and the changes and changes in the times in order to obtain more market economic benefits.
