论文通过对北京市典型功能区的低碳生态特点进行针对性研究,将低碳生态规划设计普适性指标与功能区的具体实践相结合,分析其适用性,通过科学的论证与必要的补充,形成针对不同功能区特点的低碳生态详细规划设计指标体系.确保据此展开的城市规划设计与管理,可以有效引导北京城市建设.实现低碳发展的既定目标。
Through the research on the low-carbon eco-characteristics of the typical functional areas in Beijing, this paper combines the universal indicators of low-carbon eco-planning design with the specific practice of functional areas and analyzes its applicability. Through scientific demonstration and necessary supplementation So as to form an index system of detailed planning and design of low-carbon eco-system in accordance with the characteristics of different functional areas so as to ensure that urban planning and design based on this can effectively guide Beijing’s urban construction and achieve the stated goal of low-carbon development.
