近10年来,国内外有关弥漫性血管内凝血的临床及实验研究较多。我室自1975年至今,共收治临床及实验室检查证实之弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)患者87例,现将有关资料总结讨论如下。病例来源及诊断标准本组病例除极少数外,均为武汉医学院第一附属医院1975年4月～1980年4月收治之患者,全部病例DIC诊断均符合我室所定之标准,1例经尸检证实,系羊水栓塞患者。
In the past 10 years, there are many clinical and experimental studies on diffuse intravascular coagulation at home and abroad. Our laboratory since 1975, treated a total of 87 cases of diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC) confirmed by clinical and laboratory tests, the relevant data are summarized as follows. The source and diagnostic criteria of this group except a very small number of cases, are the First Affiliated Hospital of Wuhan Medical College in April 1975 ~ April 1980 were treated patients, DIC diagnosis of all cases are in line with the standards set by our chamber, one case of Autopsy confirmed that the Department of amniotic fluid embolism patients.
