以联立方程组分光光度法为基础，以吸收度比代替吸收系数，测定维溴咖合剂中咖啡因含量，结果较满意。以２７２ｎｍ（咖啡因）２５６ｎｍ（尼泊金乙酯）为测试点。咖啡因平均回收率：１００．２６％、ＣＶ＝０．４２７％
Based on the simultaneous equations spectrophotometry, the absorbance ratio was used to replace the absorption coefficient to determine the content of caffeine in the Vitamin Broccoli Mixture. The results were satisfactory. 272nm (caffeine) 256nm (ethyl paraben) as the test point. Average recovery of caffeine: 100.26%, CV = 0.427%
