我科全年成图任务大约70%是用分工法完成的,供立体量测仪描绘地貌用的是玻璃裱版片,每年需要数量较多。以前在制作裱版片中是用手摇砂输机,磨去玻璃片边缘锋利的棱角。劳动条件差,强度大,时间长。清洗玻璃片也是手工操作,比较费时。为了改善这种状况,我们设计制作了一台磨洗玻璃片的机器,(用于裱板片),将玻璃片倒角和清洗功能合于一部机器。两种工作可同时进行,也可分开进
