读者服务是高职图书馆核心价值的体现。创建大学生志愿者服务队,作为图书馆与读者沟通交流的枢纽,对于高职图书馆创新读者服务有着积极的促进作用。以沈阳职业技术学院图书馆为例,介绍大学生志愿者参与图书馆管理与服务的实践内容,提出加强志愿者服务培训、制定志愿者服务工作制度、建立行之有效的激励机制、搭建志愿者交流平台等几点措施,对志愿者队伍的发展进行展望,助力高职院校高素质高技能型人才培养。
Reader service is the embodiment of the core value of higher vocational library. The establishment of a college student volunteer service team, as a hub for communication between libraries and readers, has a positive role in promoting innovative reader services in higher vocational libraries. Taking Shenyang Vocational and Technical College Library as an example, this paper introduces the practical contents of university student volunteers’ participation in library management and service, puts forward some suggestions to strengthen volunteer service training, to establish volunteer service system, establish effective incentive mechanism and build volunteer exchange Platform and other measures, the development of volunteer team outlook, help vocational training of high-quality high-skilled personnel.
