“保民”思想是孟子王道政治的重要组成部分,陈寿在写作《三国志》时,充分利用并发展了这一理论,主要体现在陆凯等人的传纪中,其主要思想有二:(1)要保昊国,必先保昊民;(2)提出了“以贤为本”的主张和“保民”的具体措施。
The idea of “protecting the people” is an important part of the politics of Mencius. When Chen Shou wrote The Three Kingdoms, he made full use of this theory and developed it mainly in the discipline of Lu Kai and others. The main ideas are as follows: (1) to protect the country, we must first protect the people; (2) put forward the “Yin-based” ideas and “protect the people” specific measures.
