目的分析口服茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸的临床疗效。方法对400例新生儿母乳性黄疸分组治疗,治疗组200例采用常规治疗加用茵栀黄注射液;对照组200例单纯采用常规治疗。结果治疗组显效172例(86%),有效24例(12%),无效4例(2%),总有效率为98%。而对照组显效32例(16%),有效56例(28%),无效112例(56%),总有效率为44%。结论茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸的疗效显效。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of Yinzhihuang injection on neonatal breast milk jaundice. Methods 400 neonates with breast milk jaundice were divided into two groups. 200 cases in the treatment group received routine treatment plus Yinzhihuang injection, and 200 cases in the control group were treated with conventional therapy alone. Results The treatment group was effective in 172 cases (86%), effective in 24 cases (12%), ineffective in 4 cases (2%), the total effective rate was 98%. The control group markedly effective in 32 cases (16%), effective in 56 cases (28%), ineffective in 112 cases (56%), the total effective rate was 44%. Conclusion Yinzhihuang injection in the treatment of neonatal breast milk jaundice curative effect.
