目的总结近年来lncRNA肿瘤能量代谢机制的最新研究进展。方法计算机检索Pub Med、Springer、High Wire等数据库中的相关文献,就近年来长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)调控肿瘤能量代谢机制的研究进展进行综述。结果恶性肿瘤最主要的能量代谢特点就是有氧糖酵解(Warburg效应),lncRNA能够通过对肿瘤细胞糖代谢、谷氨酰胺代谢和脂类代谢途径中的关键环节进行调节,导致肿瘤细胞对葡萄糖摄取增加、谷氨酰胺分解增强及脂质生成增加,从而促进肿瘤的发生和发展。结论目前,大多数lncRNA在肿瘤细胞能量代谢中的功能和调控机制尚不完全清楚,进一步认识和了解肿瘤细胞中与lncRNA相关的能量代谢异常表现出的恶性生物学行为,将有助于为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供有效的证据及新的思路和途径。
Objective To summarize the latest research progress of energy metabolism mechanism of lncRNA tumor in recent years. Methods The literature of Pub Med, Springer, High Wire and other databases was searched by computer, and the progress on the regulation of tumor energy metabolism by long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) in recent years was reviewed. Conclusion At present, the function and regulation mechanism of most lncRNAs in the energy metabolism of tumor cells is not completely understood.
