目的:了解药品零差率政策试点对四川省县级公立医院人员收入的影响,为深化改革提供参考。方法:抽取6家医院作为调查对象,对比研究其改革前后相关指标的变化情况。结果:在职职工人均月收入增加(增长19.20%),大部分医院管理层和一线工作者认为政策将减少人员收入,并对自身收入不满意,一半医院管理及工勤技能人员收入大于卫生及其他技术人员,最大相差千元。结论:确保服务补偿及时到位,加大收入向临床一线倾斜力度,提高医务人员对政策的配合度。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the impact of the drug zero rate policy pilot on the income of county-level public hospitals in Sichuan Province and to provide reference for deepening the reform. Methods: Six hospitals were selected as the survey subjects to compare the changes of related indicators before and after the reform. Results: The per capita monthly income of employed workers increased by 19.20%. Most of the hospital management and front-line workers think that the policies will reduce the staff’s income and are not satisfied with their own income. Half of the hospital management and working-class skilled workers earn more than those of health and others Technical staff, the biggest difference between thousand dollars. Conclusion: To ensure that the service compensation is in place in a timely manner, increase the front line of income to the clinic, and improve the coordination of medical staff on policies.
