近年来,塘沽站工会对“创建学习型职工之家,争做知识型职工”活动进行了积极的探索和努力。按照“立足班组,面向职工,组织培训,学习知识,掌握技能”的总体要求,把开展“创争”活动与车站自身发展需求结合起来,与完善车站现代管理制度结合起来,与推动企业持续稳步发展结合起来,全力打造高素质职工队伍,使职工之家活动整体性、科学性、规范性有了创新和发展,取得了可喜成效。
