文章对我国高校档案在服务大学生就业中的重要作用进行阐述,并对其管理中存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上提出相应完善对策,为我国高校档案管理更好服务大学生就业提供理论参考。
The article expounds the important role of college archives in the employment of college graduates and analyzes the problems in their management. Based on this, it puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to provide a theoretical reference for college archives management to better serve college students’ employment.
