本文以蛋白质含量平均值不同的4个遗传群体为材料,研究了蛋白质含量与产量性状间的遗传相关关系,同时分析了高蛋白株系的产量性状特点及来源。遗传相关分析结果表明:蛋白质含量与产量性状间的相关关系是随蛋白质含量的不同而发生变化的,当蛋白质含量超过某限度时,彼此间关系发生质的变化,以致难以协调相互间的平衡关系。因此,高蛋白与高产的结合是有条件的,而不是在任何条件下都能实现二者的结合。高蛋白株系的分析结果表明:大部分高蛋白株系来自于含有高蛋白亲本的杂交组合,用混合法处理的株系蛋白质含量和单株产量及主穗粒重皆高。
In this study, four genetic populations with different average protein content were used as materials to study the genetic relationship between protein content and yield traits. At the same time, the yield traits and sources of high protein lines were analyzed. The results of genetic correlation analysis showed that the correlation between protein content and yield traits varies with the protein content, and when the protein content exceeds a certain limit, the relationship between them changes qualitatively, which makes it difficult to coordinate the balance between each other . Therefore, high-protein and high-yield combination is conditional, rather than under any conditions to achieve a combination of the two. The analysis results of the high protein lines showed that most of the high protein lines came from the crosses with the high protein parents. The protein content, yield per plant and grain weight per head of the lines treated with the hybrid method were all high.
