在不久前结束的“第五届(2010)中国管理学年会”上,面对台下700多位国内知名经济学者、大学商学院院长和师生代表,75岁高龄的成思危忧心忡忡地说道:“如果照此发展下去,中国的管理教育难以培养出企业急需的、合格的创新型人才。”对于站在东北振兴前沿的辽宁而言,近年来,有关MBA的种种情感也堪称复杂:既有MBA班不断涌现,又有民企老板状告清华MBA班的情况发生,还有“总裁班”授课过程中主办方向学员集体下跪认错的闹剧上演。在我国企业急需创新型管理人才的现实下,部分MBA教育是否正在偏离其本质价值并趋近于镀金工具和获利平台?
