我科自1992～2001年,用中西医结合方法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,现报告如下。1 临床资料 69例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者均来自我院皮肤科门诊,随机分为治疗组41例,男21,女20例;年龄33～75岁,平均58.7岁,病程2周～1.5a;对照组28例,男17例,女11例,平均年龄58.5岁,病程2周～1a。受累神经:治疗组,肋间神经20例,腰骶神经10例,颅神组6例,臂丛神经5例。对照组:肋间神经12例,腰骶神经8例,颅神经5例,臂丛神经3例,所有患者均曾经
Our department from 1992 to 2001, with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 69 cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients were from our hospital dermatology clinic were randomly divided into treatment group 41 cases, 21 males and 20 females; aged 33 to 75 years, mean 58.7 years old, duration of 2 weeks ~ 1.5a; control group of 28 patients, 17 males and 11 females, mean age 58.5 years, duration of 2 weeks ~ 1a.
