麦普替林Maprotiline hydrochloride(Ludiomil)1-(3-甲氨基丙基)—二苯[b,c]二环[2,2,2]辛二烯盐酸盐是四环类抗抑郁药,1986年试用于我国临床,对老年性抑郁症的治疗,毒副反应较小,並具有抗焦虑及镇静安眠作用。血浆药物浓度的测定,国外报道过气相色谱法,高效液相色谱荧光检测法等,后者系利用待测药物与丹磺酰氯dansyl chloride作用形成荧光复、本性衍生物,经薄层分离后测定,比较繁复。本文介绍另一种高效液相色谱荧光检测法,简便灵敏,适用于临床药理学研究中测定血药浓度。
